Service person cheating

I purchased dish tv set top box on 2months ago they give warranty 6months for instalation, But now no signals came, i talk to custemer care office, they told that its signal problem& send one service person, and he checked &told that its recever problem & receave rupees 250per checked but at purchase & custemer office no charges for any testing & working. lot of cheatings like these occur.
