Less HD Channels than the adv

I have bought Dish TV Tru HD connection and paid 125 starter pack and 100 for HD pack everymonth, as per the advertisement Dishtv claim they are HD channels of 35, but in reality they are telecasting on 4 HD channels and remaning are upscaled not HD, fooling others... i would recommend to take action on this particular misleading operators.
