Poor service

Respected sir,

my Viewing card id no. is 01500772287.i was using the south gold. last time when i made the recharge i asked their customer care people to downgrade my package to south silver cricket. but they downgraded to south silver saver. for downgrading the package i had to pay extra Rs.40. when i made the complaint they assured me that they will solve it. and this is second time i'm experiencing their poor service.till now it's the same. what i want is that the companies should not cheat the customers in any way. so i earnestly request you please do something about it.
