DIdn't recieve the dish tv hd connection

Sir,

I had ordered new dish tv HD connection online (order no:120524-xt44) on 24th may from www.digitalgalleryindia.com since then I have not got connection nether have got any details about new connection from the company…..I had ordered online so that I can get quick connection. And paid the money online through my icici bank

I have already mailed the details but here is no response from their side nor do their customer care executives receive the calls and I am attaching my transaction details also.so please do the needful as soon as possible..
