DEDUCTED LATE CHARGEWHILE PAYMENT ON TIME

Sir i have recharge my dish tv connection on time as per company reuls by online which is company giveing facilities by icicci bank on 5 may 11 which was my due date but company saying that they got payment on 6 may 11 hare io m atteching my last 5 days bank statement which is showing that i have done payment to dish tv on 5 th may

so please refund or increse my validity as per my given payments
