Deletion of channels after 4months of activation

Dear sir /madam,

I got reactivated my set up box VC 015-0592-8161 in Feb for a silver pack which included AAJTAK and PTV and India news but from 8th June these said channels are removed and I was advised to pay extra if I want these channels. I am shocked at this attitude of the company which is in contrary to the contract. I request u to investigate the matter an get me justice. I wrote emails to the companys representatives Mr Pawan Singh and Rakesh Sharma but without any response.

Hope u will investigate matter and get these channels revived
