Channels not activated

Dish TV was installed on 15/2 in my house and the channels are not activated till now. As per plan i have opted is 3 months subscription free. I have contacted at least 50 times to the head of Dish TV, CHANDIGARH (Gurdeep Singh) and he did not even reply to my calls not even once. I have made a payment of Rs.1790 to the dealer on 14/2.please tell me what to do.
