Not Attended form last Two Months

Sir, I have a dth connection of your company from last two months my complaint regarding change of settop box and change of direction due to settelite change is panding, but no one is doing the same. Daily i call the no. but the anser is today it will done after that tomorrow after that in th evening but no result. Now the status is there is no channel to view from last seven days. I go to dealer and he refuses that i cannot help you.

I complaint On The Mobile No To Mr. Ranjan & Also To Mr. Parmod On 9313670325 several Times in these two months. Now I have No option to me to go to consumer court for such.
