Not receving any detail

I have installed your so called DTH but out of vain i have not yet received any bill from your side. it was said that first month will be free but to my surprise there is nothing sooooooooooooooo. but we get only the message stating that you have to recharge only when my negative balance has started. the excecutive did not guide us with any detail, they have also entered my moblie number wrongly that too your airtel number itself.

know atleast i think they will send my bill copy atleast.
