Enewal charges

My renewal date is 20-1-11 but i renewd earlier for 3 months he charges us Rs 1020/ which is only 975 my next quation is renewal date is considered from 20-1-11 or the date which amount is paid ie 10-1-11 to 4-4-11 insted of 90 days only 53 days but dish tv they are charging for three months kindly consider this and suggest for all customer.
