Failure in service

I purchase a sony bravia LCD 32 inch.the product did not work after 20 days of purchase.now i have been complaining for more than a month and no reasonable reply has been given, the service center says that this is a common problem and it occours in 9 out of 10 products and secondly the do not have the stock of the same to be changed.

the behaviour of the executives are horifing and rude.

i swear not to buy any product of sony in future.
