Not keeping the offer given during the purchase

I am a member of Seventymm Movie Rental Service since 2008. I received an offer from Seventymm in June saying if I would pay my renewal amount in advance I would receive gifts (DVDs, Surat Diamond Vouchers, Shopper’s Stop Vouchers, Encyclopedia). My subscription was due in Nov yet I paid in advance as the offer was good. I was not interested in Surat Diamond Vouchers, DVDs. Instead of those they offered me Shoppers Stop vouchers worth Rs 2500 and an encyclopedia.

They promptly SMSed me the voucher codes for Tradus instead of Shoppers Stop vouchers saying this was what was promised and the copy of vouchers would be received soon.

In spite of repeated reminders the vouchers were not received. I put up my grievance on their Facebook site and someone promptly called up saying they have problems with the Tradus site so instead they would offer me the encyclopedia. I refused this offer and asked for the Pizza Hut vouchers which they are presently offering on their site. They said that too were unavailable.

Four months later I still have not received any of the free gifts. They have a Facebook site which is only for advertising “Seventymm rocks” I have repeatedly put up my grievance which is promptly removed within an hour.
