Purchased audio system model RM-SW55 from jumbo electronics Dubai Jumbo Electronics few years back. Now my remote audio system RM-SW55 is not working. I checked in kerala with sony service center. They said old remote is not repairable and new one is not available with them. In this circumstances please advice where to get new one. email id: abraham_parangotu@rediffmail.com
