Hathway Cable is fallen down to in front of Our House Gate and it is touching our Heads when we are moving from the entrance

I have given Complaint to Customer Care at 040-66989898 three times and speak with their representatives (Sripal & Jyothi) explained teh Porblem in Cable laying down But no body is responded Yet
