Negligent attitude towards customer complaints

Inaspite of repeated calls, Hathway staff has not responded. I requested them to remove the cable booster box from my house terrance to some other location as cables floating around is creating lot of inconvenience to me and my family. Why this kind of negligent attitude towards the consumer. My house no.is no.35, 5th Main, Hoysala nagar, Bangalore 550016.
