Hathway Digital Cable Set-Top Box
Set Top Box not functioning since Jan 16

I am having cable connection from Hathway Bhawani Cablenet & Datacom Ltd, 5th Floor, Sanjona Complex, Hemu Kalani Marg, Plot No 11-A, Sindhi Society, Chembur, Mumbai-400071 at my residence, 601, Sai Ram, 14th Road, Chembur, Mumbai-400071 and my enrollment No with them is 011-02170.

I lodged a complaint with them Jan 16 that the Set top Box is not functioning. However till today they have solved my problem. Almost every day I make telephone calls to them. But I get an answer from them that They do not have the item in their stock and as and when they have in stock they will replace the faulty Set Top Box. On Monday, the 8th instant I called them to enquire, they informed that they have received the item and their Engineer will call and visit to replace the Box. We informed them that we would not at home next day since we had to Hospital for health check up. Next day when we returned from the hospital in the evening we found their Engineer's Call Report dropped inside our house with the remark "Door locked". We are unduly harassed by the Cable Service Provider for almost two months with no solution. We therefore seek your help in the matter.
