We all know that there are problems with Tata Sky due to weather. However there is also this thing that i in particular is facing, or maybe some others too among you.

channels such as ESPN STAR SPORTS STAR CRICKET and SET MAX, daily dissappear in the evening showing sattelite problems, for like an hour or too...

this has been happening with me for too long. i tried complaining and everything but nothing would help. many complains on the help line and they charged me twice Rs. 350/- once for the change of digicomp which was genuine as it was not getting powered on. however the other time they replaced my LNB. the signal quality moved up from 40- somthing to 80- somthing. however in the evening, the same evening and everyday as usual the signal quality moves down to 20 something... and the channels ESPN STAR SPORTS STAR CRICKET and SET MAX dissappear...

i wanted to see the IPL but didnt get to see it... and now the same with champions trophy...

dont know what to do...

i know one thing though... as soon as my annual pack gets over i am switching companies...
