sub: complaint against customer care

Whenever I start calling to ur toll free no.18002009001, my reliance smart cell no.09861351495 displays 'number not in use'.Fed up with this several days, tried on airtel mobile, I could hear only computerised voice which forwarded to you customer care executive. After some waiting the ring stopped and disconnected. So much so that I could recharge voucher from bsnl mobile of a friend.

My request: Please do something for my mobile no (some months back i was able to contact) that i can contact and recharge easily so that your toll free number would be useful for me.
