Relocating DTH Connection

I like to transfer my DTH connection from banglore to pondicherry, for this, on 08-11-09 (Sunday) i requested for transfer by calling airtel customer care. They asked me to recharge my account, i recharged for 500 Rs.

They said it will be done by 3 PM (08-11-09). But till today (15-11-09) nobody has come. No steps have been taken.

In this one week i called for 4 times, everytime they are saying the same thing "will be done today"
