It is more then 2days I have transferred money from my icici bank account for renwal of their services. I have sent them every details of transaction just deleting my A/C No. But they are demanding my unedited full account statement’s. I had never any issue with icici bank regarding net banking. They have excellent stuff with quality service. But each time I tried to pay dish tv the same thing happens every time. They have worst customer service centre, dishonest stuff, careless mannagement, Here is the part of a e-mail sent from dish customer care centre” If amount has been deducted from your bank account then revert with the scanned copy of original bank statement, so that the needful can be done at the earliest.

We would also like to inform you that bank statement in editable format is not acceptable.

Now my question is that is it safe to expose my Bank account to them. My SET TOP BOX is still block. They are trying to oblige me with their shameless smile.
