LEGAL NOTICE

Dear Sir,

I, Adv. Ashok Kr Aggarwal, S/o Late Shri B.S.Gupta, R/o 26/87, Shakti Nagar, Delhi-110007 serve you the following notice.

That I purchased one TV set (Model No Van 14, MBF-CNK 36 C.M. Colour TV) from M/s Choudhary T.V. Centre, Shop No 265/2, Ambedkar Nagar, Haider Pur, Delhi-110088, VIDE Invoice No15, dated 15/4. That T.V. was purchased by me on reputation of your company, because, Your company have good-reputation.

But, I am in shocked, because, TV is defective & not working properly since purchased. In this regard, I have lodged many complaints on customer care No, Engineers have also visited, But result is Zero. In view of this, I am compelled to approach your good-self, It is main reason, that your hired Engineer’s are un-trained/ un-skilled. Every time, They, are charging service charges from your company but result is Zero. Pl. may arrange to receive these calls details from your office for checking this.

Now You are again requested, Please arrange to replace that TV. Immediately, Otherwise I will be compelled to file suit against your company for cheating with me.

Your company have very good reputation, So, You will not ignore my complaint.

Necessary action will be appreciated.
