Breakdown of TV

Dear Sir,

I Mr. Rajesh Bandodkar residence of Goa India bought a 22" LCD TV, from Shetye Sales Syndicate Pvt. Ltd. on 27/04. Make - Samsung, Model-LA22A450CILXL, Product Serial No.-10443PDS401326A. Exactly after 1 year of warranty and 1 month the picture screen went blanks. I want to ask the manufacturer whether they are manufacturing their product to last just one year or really they mean quality product which will last for years. I was suprise to see that samsung product are also not good. Earlier I had bad experience with another big Brand SONY thus i shifted to SAMSUNG but the same bad experience.

I would be happy if the TV could be replaced.
