Dear sir, my DTH id no41136471491R -ph 9842737242 in sun direct i paid recharge amount Rs.1000.00 to next world tronics 154 156 vh road coimbatore 01 they recharge and my conection is activated but i am asking the recept and what amount in my account he said you have to contact the customer care i tryed your customer care number they said lunch time and other time to transfer the line they are taking so much time.

Now i want to know what is the amount in my account and what is the period.
