Picture tube problem

Sir, i had purchased a color tv set from ur dealer GIRIAS Electronics Coimbatore Showroom on November 20th, the problem starts at the day one from purchase.. i took my television thrice to ur service center as well as showroom but Ur service engineer promised me that he will replace new television and further he will assist me with some help, actually tis is what happened to my TV the picture tube is not working properly and tv often gets switched off automatically and often does not works properly!!! Ur service engineer said that he modified the picture tube and changed the system

sir u wont believe still the same problem occurs and ur service station guys criticizes us more and troubles much

kindly make me free and help me to get replaced my television!! the TV is still in guarantee period only
