IPTV - service not available

I installed IPTV from MYWAY BSNL in the month of February. since installation the services not comming in properway. The Picture skipping, hang and more and more...

After so many complains, company is still not solving my problems.

Now I am asking my money back and agree to return the box provided by company, but the costomercare operator dont support for that. I ask for the authorised person details and contect, but they are not giving me anything more...

Please advise and do needful in this matter.
