Not Broadcasting ESPN, Star Sports, Star Cricket & Ten Action

Recently from 3-4 days GTPL had stop broadcasting ESPN, Star Sports, Star Cricket & Ten Action... I called them for the matter for which the telecast was stopped. Their reply was not satisfactory, so i'm looking elsewhere for the complaint i.e. your website. We regularly pay our subscription amount then why it is that we are not able to get full value of our money. I called them & asked to register my complaint & give me docket no.they denied it & they were sure that the normal services will resume only after the New Zealand test series i.e. after 15 days.they also told me that the above channels have raised thir subscription amount, but it is far from to be beleaved because earlier this sort of problem occured, they (GTPL) were unable to pay their amount to the above channels so they withdrew their services. Now plz.sir tell me how to solve this problem. Where else can i go & knock whose door so that i can get my full value of the money. I also want that their (GTPL) PR should also be rectified. I humbly request yourself to help me.
