TRANSACTION SHOWING DECLINED BUT ACCOUNT WAS CHARED

HI, My name is Dakshesh R Patel.

I was booking movie ticket through KYAZOONGA.COM site online

and I put my put my card numbers for the payment, when it came to the last

page it showed as Transaction Declined however the money was debited

from my account. Now when I called the BANK for Clarification for the

payment and they told me to call up KYAZOONGA.COM for the same.

When I called them up no one answers the call after transfering from IVR

(the voice recording).and the line gets disconnected. So please help me

out for the same.
