Technical problem

I bought a airtel dth few days back. Unfortunately, your product and service has not performed well and your service is inadequate and no technical person paid visited home to rectrify it.

i did complain regarding all this matter to your customer care but no body gave me good response. from last 15 days i am having problem. I am disappointed because your service is inadequate your techincal person and your dealer as not disclosed clearly and your techincal person and dealer misrepresented every thing.
