Local cable connection in Kolazhy
Forcing for paying twice

I am from Thrissur Kolazhy, near Karama Bus stop and we are using this cable connection from past so many years and from the past 1 year we are facing very poor quality/clarity in the service and it is not possible to watch the TV at all.

When reported more than 20 times, they said that this is due to the alternate splitter connected and they asked me to pay 500 Rs for this.

Infact this was working fine and they are asking additional 500Rs for the splitter which we have payed long back. The cable technician was very rude and misbehaved with my family members and this tourns to be an argument at my house.

Why we have to pay the charge twice?

Please look in to this and do the needful ASAP.
