I am actually moved to complain given the worst Cable TV service and customer care ever.
There is absolutely no response to complains made repeatedly and complaints made in the morning are not addressed for up to 48 hours. They rarely have engineers to address the problem nor do they have a courteous customer care executive.
I don't believe a local cable TV service (lucky cable) given the competition should be taking customers for granted.
What's worse is that they simply hang up if they're not in the mood to resolve the issue.
Stay clear of such companies that take their clients for granted.
