CHARGING BILLS for WORST SERVICES

I am a consumer of DTH service (set top box) of MANASHI CABLE NETWORK, (Address-Sonamukhi Road, Sarsuna, Kolkata-61/Mobile-9433347336). For Last 6 months they have provided me services like broken&hazy picture, unclear sound to my set top box. And charged me Rs.1000 for this worst service. Now, I dont agree to pay them. So they have cut the connection to my set top box.
