MTNL IPTV CONNECTION
Pathetic Customer Service

IPTV Connection provided by MTNL is a good service, however the Customer Service is pathetic. Simply and horribly pathetic. The engineers of IPTV are dependednt on MTNL line men, and these line men are good for nothing. They will make your life hell, while resolving the issues regarding the services.

I got my IPTV connection from MTNL in October. Since then, there have been a continuous connection failure problem and i reported all timely. After 5 months an engineer from IPTV came to know that the line men from MTNL has plugged in my connection to some other customer port.

I will never ever recommend any to get IPTV connection from MTNL.
