WRONGFULLY DISCONNECTION AND CHEATING

I have taken an iptv connection on 12/9/09 on paying of 2000rs. It was being installed on Dec. On 28th jan i recharged for 1700rs and on 14th Apr i recharged for 1700rs. But on 19th june my connection is being disconnected, they are saying that there is no recharge is being done. My landline no 033-24168536.
