Action Lane Cable TV Operators
Very Poor Service and Rude respnse to customer calls

I am a resident of Besant Nagar and I have installed Cable TV service Provided by Action Lane. I must say that their service is very poor. Almost every day the connection goes off for some hours during day time as well as night. Their nearest customer centre is at Kalakshetra Road - phone number 24463998. When we make a complaint to this number the person at the centre is always very rude and impertinent. I am fed up with this attitude. I am seriously thinking of cancelling my subscription to Action Lane and go in for service provided by any other operator nearby.
