Amount received but not recharged/refunded

Paid rs.300-00 through sbi netbanking towards sundirect dth recharge on 13-3. amount was debited in my account but not recharged/refunded.

complained many times to rechargeitnow.com and sundirect but no results. enquired with my bankers they informed that the amount was received by the online recharge services pvt ltd. the details of the transactio is furnished below.
