No response from customer call centre

Our VC no 015 0180 3762 of dish tv there is no access of too many channels, we have made payment through M/S Shubham telecom pvt. ltd. Secunderabad of RS 660/ dated 17-07-07 but still we are not getting channels more over we are trying to contact customer care centre no 040-40151581, 2, 3 but no response to our phone call either they are not lifting or or getting engaged we are helpless and unable to contact dish tv pl guide.
