On Feb I took a DISH TV connection from Pune (Maharashtra) as I was really encouraged by the advertisement by Sharukh Khan “Don’t be SANTUST, WISH karo DISH karo”.
It was a 6 months free connection and after the installation it started working fine. In the mean time i.e. on September I had to relocate to Bangalore (Karataka) for the change of my job.
Then onwards I am continuously facing harassment by the DISH TV services.
After settling down in Bangalore I had requested for the re-installation of the equipment and that took 1 month for them to activate the service.
I had made a payment of 800/- for the package MAXI-BANGLA on OCT through my credit card and then onwards I have registered 12 complains for not receiving all the desired channels.
For the last one month I have continuously followed them up with all the complaint no but every time they come up with same excuses like
• Invalide mobile no of customer.
• I will receive call from their senior within 2 hrs etc etc.
I dont know what to do and how to take action against these customer harrasments.
