Bad product & service

I have had dshtv dth service for about 2 years. I have faced problems every few months like remote not working, set top box giving shocks (still does after repairs), set top box faulty, smart card not working etc. Had to take Tata Sky as the smart card broke down within a month of replacement.

Dish TV agents, call centre & service centres in Bangalore are pathetic and offer no service. The service centre has a huge pile of stb junk.

Have taken them to consumer court.
