Pathetic dishtc service

I have a dishtv maxi commnection. I've been facing repeated problems of

1. Pathetic call center- phone lines busy, arrogant staff, bad board programming, annooying ads while we are put on hold for hours

2. zero customer focus- repeated same problems though nothing changed on customer side.. things seem to failin automatically

3. non responsive support team - one response takes at least 20 follow ups and then the problem is not solved

4. do not care/bad attitude of dishtv staff at all levels - this shows at all lelves across

Pl. do not but dish tv/ do not accept even if someone is giving free or you will be signing in for long time of pain and frustatiotion
