Tata Sky not recharged

Dear Madam

I am Nirmalya Goswami I have rechared my Tata Sky on 28/11 od Rs.400, but till date my the mentioned amount has not reflected in my Tata Sky Account I am sending my HDFC Credit card statement highlighted by me, after that I am rechrge my Account on 30.11.2011 this is done thorugh Paytm.com they told me the bank not yet paid the amount and Tata Sky also told like that but my statement showing the debit please do the needful because paytm.com fraud me not only now even before various time it should be banned.
