Collecting money full for six month but rechaging monthly

I kirti sheth paid dish tv cable recharge for six month Rs.1200/= by cash dtd.05/08 to data care centre r.no.3699 towards silver saver package. when i check on cable my account possition this agent/dealer/ distributor recharge for Rs.350/= only and is shows next recharge on 5/09 i phone him & personally met him to show me how much you recharge in my account no. ID/VC NO.01514741249 he is answring wrongly, now what shoud i do. how you will help me out
