Dish TV
Terrible company!

I live in Coimbatore and have Dish TV since December all was till Feb. The signal went to 1% for some reason and it needed to be realigned. I called Dish TV customer support they said that their service technician will be at my place within 48 hours. Its now 6 days since, I call them daily and I get the same old story. Till today there is no sign of a service guy or any call from Dish TV.

To top it all – Dish TV told me that their nearest service center is situated in another City - at Namakkal about 130 Km away from Coimbatore. I called Namakkal and they laughed at me. Naturally!!

A local electrician is an expert at realigning the Dish for Rs. 200. So don’t forget to budget for such expensive maintenance and phone calls before you purchase your Dish TV.
