Forcing to buy unwanted package

Dishtv is forcing to buy Sun channels, if you select any of the South Indian language.

ie if i want to take any dishtv package with south Indian language pack, its mandatory to purchase SUN channels also for Rs 50/month. While most of them are in different languages (which is of no use to the customer)

This is against TRAIs policy/directives to DTH operators
