Not providing some channels (took the sufficient amount), improper responce from customer care

This is sridhar reddy, my dishtv account number :01505591744, dish tv is not providing some (Telugu especially) of the channels (although required amount for the activation of those channels are paid), from yesterday morning i had called 3 times to customer care (04060013474) but still work has not done (very very very irresponsible), are they just playing with the customers or what? i really got fed up with dishtv. what should i do now? how should i file a case on this illegal bussiness of dishtv?
