Bought a Panasonic 50" TV through Costco online. It was delivered by Home Direct USA. Had to call them back after they left unintelligible message to schedule delivery. Their earliest day for delivery was 4 days later. Then when delivered, I pulled the TV out to find the screen was completely shattered. Looked like it had been dropped on its face hard.
