Installation dissatisfactory

I bought the DishTV set top box from Vevek Ltd in Chennai and one guy with a Vivek uniform landed up at my place to install. On inquiry he told me, he does not have the drill bit to drill a hole on the wooden frame of the window and went on to suggest me to get that alone done calling a carpenter!

Later when he went to the terrace to install he said that 10m cable is given free with the installation but the bit he has a meter extra, if I were interested on a payment of Rs.22. I was a bit irritated and said no to his question, he proceeded to almost cut the wire then, having reported to me in the mean time that 10m may slightly fall short.

At the end of it all he left the cable hanging loose all over my home, interfering with furnitures and almirahs and with my window not shuttable any more promising to come the next day to set it all right, but NEVER TURNED UP TILL DATE!
