Led 3d tv pannel damaged

Dear Sir

I have given complaint on 18 sept. 2012 regarding my Samsung LED tv so far our problem is not solved again they are asking amount to rectify

Is it correct and from one and half month i didnt have TV in my house my family are getting boring till date from sept. 2012

i request you sir please see this matter seriously and justify me as early as possible

My name is Masetti Srinivasarao residing at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India,

I/we purchased 55' of 2 (LED 3D) T.V.'s manufactured by Samsung India electronics limited, brand name is SAMSUNG LED 3 D TV at Visakhapatnam. One is for me and another is to my own brother Mr. Masetti Sekhar and its cost above one LAKH INR each

recently my brother T.V. got complaint with circuit problem we given for repair to the company servicing people they done it repaired

and immediately my T.V also not working i given to company (Samsung) servicing people on 15th Sept. vide their Call No: 4138488032 they told TV panel is damaged and its cost is about INR ; 73, 000/- (Indian Rupees Seventy Three Thousand Only) and they demanded to pay the above amount to get it repair, then I shocked

why should i pay this huge amount, when i purchased recently at least the TV should work 10 years but with in one & half year this much amount i have to invest, is it right

I think they are manufacturing cheap quality products of TV's and selling to the public and looting the amount from the customers

so i humbly request you kindly justify in this matter
