Harassment and disconnection issue

I had taken a DISH TV VC card in January for 6 months free in CAS affected area of Vasant Kunj. They have disconnected my VC in the 3rd month and have not solved my query. There customer service executives even hung up on me. They have still not solved the problem and also the dealer is not helping.

Please advise and help.
