Denial of services for which paid

We have purchased an ad-on connection (Child SD connection) online making required payment for the same from DISH TV (India) and in turn a SD Child Set Top Box No. DST12010057947 with VC No.01517566191 has been installed on 26th November vide Receipt No.738 issued by M/s. Grenzone India Pvt. Ltd., Shop No.1, F-7/10, Mandir Lane, East Krishna Nagar, Delhi-110051 (Authorised Service Franchisee of DISH TV) and vide DISH TV SAF No.18648833. In addition to online payment for this connection including package and extra amount of Rs.309/- for installation cable service tax charges have also been paid at the time of installation on 26.11.2012. For this, DISH TV has promised me to provide uninterrupted services of 70 channels for whole life for free and other channels as per our selected paid package, which is 'GOLD Package' in our case for which which we have already paid. But, unfortunately, despite our various complaints and their repeatedly reminders telephonically as well as through e-mails, DISH TV has not been providing me any services till date for which I have already paid. It is now over more than 15 days, but our above-said connection 'HAS NOT BEEN ACTIVATED'. We are now totally frustrated and feeling being cheated by DISH TV authorities. Nobody is listening to our repeated requests. Please help us in the matter and advise what shall we do to get these services activated. DISH TV authorities has made us suffer a lot.
