We have subscibed for a plan in airtel dth six months back that plan included all sports channel

we are recharging it reularly but now we are not getting star sports when enquired they customer care people say that this channel has been removed from the pack . we have not been informed of it through any means. isnt it a fraud to get the money for one pack and later on say some of the channels have been removed . we are at a loss as to who to complain bcos there is no use with ccare.
